Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our facility.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the facility
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize facility operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment using various tools and techniques
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
